Return and Refund Policy

All accepted and processed returns receive a full refund OR a replacement.

Please Do These 3 Steps When Receiving Your Order

  1. Save the box. Please inspect your shipment promptly and report shipping damages to the carrier who shipped it.
  2. Report any unforeseen defects or errors that may have happened accidently within 2 working days after receipt of your order to us.
  3. Please contact us so we may better help you and give you a Return Authorization Number (RNA) to process your return and refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept and process a return without an RNA.

How We Accept and Process Your Return

  1. You will be supplied a Return Authorization Number (RNA) and a return label.
  2. Upon receiving the return label from us, pack the order back into the original shipping box and affix the label to the box over the old shipping label.
  3. Set up a shipping carrier pickup time or drop off at a local shipping center with the shipping carrier.
  4. You will be notified by email or phone when we receive your returned order and your return is accepted by us.
  5. When your return is approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed.
    1. For a replacement, you will receive a tracking number of the shipping carrier when you ship your replacement order out to you.
    2. For a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which may take up to 3-5 business days to process.
